Electrocoagulation Wastewater Treatment Plant

Electrocoagulation Process

It is a Broad- Spectrum treatment technology that removes total suspended solids (TSS), heavy metals, emulsified oils, bacteria and other contaminants from water.

It involves changing the particle surface charge, allowing suspended matter to form an agglomeration which helps effectively in removing the suspended solids to sub-micro-meter levels.

Electrocoagulation Water Treatment Advantages

Very low footprint (Very less space is required)

Single stage operation, followed by filtration.

Sludge volume is very low(70% lower than conventional system)

No expertise or man power

Operational cost is affordable

No or little addition of chemicals

Shock loads can be handledEase of capacity expansion

Negligible maintenance

Can be completely automatic

Easy to Install
