ALEP MANAGEMENT LLP has recently designed, supplied, installed, and commissioned an Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) of 225 KLD capacity for Sadashiv Industries Pvt. Ltd., a leading anodizing and aluminium surface treatment facility for solar panel mounting structure.
The project involved treatment of chemically aggressive anodizing effluent generated from aluminium surface treatment, etching and rinsing processes. The ETP was custom-engineered to handle high aluminium content, acidic wastewater, suspended solids, and variable effluent loads, ensuring consistent performance and regulatory compliance.
