About the Position

Alep Management LLP is seeking an experienced, technically proficient, and result-oriented Technical Head to lead and manage its Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant (STP, ETP and WTP) technical and project execution operations.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive industry experience, strong engineering knowledge, excellent troubleshooting capabilities, and proven leadership skills. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical operations, managing project execution teams, resolving complex plant-related challenges, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects in accordance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Qualifications & Competencies

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the Water & Wastewater Treatment Industry.
  • Strong technical expertise in STP, ETP and WTP projects.
  • Excellent understanding of engineering drawings, P&IDs, plant layouts and technical specifications.
  • Proven ability in plant troubleshooting, technical analysis and problem resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of equipment installation, plant erection, commissioning and project execution.
  • Ability to independently assess technical challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent leadership, team management and decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience in managing and supervising a workforce of approximately 20–25 personnel.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills for dealing with clients, consultants, vendors and internal departments.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Technical & Team Leadership: Lead, manage and supervise the complete technical and project execution team, ensuring effective resource utilization and operational efficiency.
  2. Engineering & Technical Review: Review, interpret and validate engineering drawings, P&IDs, plant layouts, equipment specifications and other technical documents.
  3. Installation & Commissioning: Provide technical guidance and supervision during plant installation, erection, testing, commissioning and handover activities.
  4. Plant Troubleshooting: Identify, analyse and resolve complex technical issues related to treatment processes, plant equipment and operational performance.
  5. Project Execution Management: Monitor project progress, execution quality, technical compliance and adherence to approved project schedules.
  6. Team Development: Guide and supervise engineers, site supervisors, fitters, electricians, technicians and other project personnel.
  7. Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate effectively with Design, Procurement, Production and Project Execution teams to ensure smooth project operations.
  8. Client & Site Coordination: Interact with clients, consultants, vendors and other stakeholders. Undertake project site visits as required and make appropriate technical decisions.
  9. Quality & Performance Management: Ensure that all projects are executed in accordance with approved designs, engineering standards, quality requirements and contractual specifications.
  10. Process Improvement: Establish effective technical practices, improve execution methodologies and promote a culture of accountability, quality and continuous improvement.

About the Position

Alep Management LLP is looking for a responsible, organized and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage day-to-day store operations and inventory activities.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing material inward and outward processes, maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, ensuring proper material storage and coordinating with internal departments to support smooth business and project operations.

The ideal candidate should have prior industrial store management experience, basic computer proficiency, good documentation skills and the ability to maintain an efficient and well-organized store environment.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in industrial stores or inventory management.
  • Practical knowledge of material inward and outward procedures.
  • Understanding of inventory control and stock management processes.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and other office applications.
  • Ability to maintain accurate stock registers and inventory documentation.
  • Knowledge of material receipt, material issue and stock reconciliation procedures.
  • Good organizational, communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Responsible, disciplined, hardworking and detail-oriented approach.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Material Inward Management: Receive incoming materials, verify quantities and specifications, and maintain proper inward entry records.
  2. Material Outward Management: Issue materials against authorized requests and maintain accurate material issue records.
  3. Inventory Management: Maintain updated stock registers and inventory records to ensure accuracy and availability of materials.
  4. Documentation & Record Keeping: Prepare and maintain Material Receipt Notes (MRN), Material Issue Notes (MIN), stock registers and other relevant store documents.
  5. Physical Stock Verification: Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile actual inventory with recorded stock.
  6. Material Storage & Identification: Ensure proper storage, classification, labeling and identification of materials for easy accessibility and traceability.
  7. Stock Level Monitoring: Monitor inventory levels, identify low-stock items and coordinate with the Purchase Department for timely replenishment.
  8. Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate with Purchase, Project, Production and other departments to ensure smooth material movement and availability.
  9. Store Maintenance: Maintain proper housekeeping, cleanliness, organization and safety standards within the store area.
  10. Inventory Control: Minimize material loss, damage and discrepancies through proper handling, monitoring and documentation.
